The ACM6262-Q1 is an automotive-grade single-phase BLDC motor driver IC. Adopting an H-bridge power MOSFET architecture, it supports a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 36 V and provides a continuous motor phase current of 2.5 A. It is perfectly suited for variable-speed driving requirements of automotive equipment such as vehicle fans and water pumps. Featuring low EMI, high protection performance and strong programmability, it is an ideal solution for automotive silent drive applications.

Wide Voltage Compatibility  

Operating voltage: 3V~36V; 50V withstand voltage supports automotive load dump; wide temperature operation from -40℃ to 125℃, easily adaptable to harsh automotive environments.

Continuous phase current up to 2.5 A; integrated 5 V LDO (25 mA output); dual Hall control for both internal and external signals; adjustable Hall lead/lag timing for greater driving flexibility.

Ultra-low EMI design; PWM soft-switching plus quasi-sinusoidal / sinusoidal driving; soft start / soft shutdown to suppress peak current, enabling quieter operation for fans and water pumps.




Flexible speed control to meet diverse requirements.


    Supports four closed loops for voltage, speed, power and current, with programmable linear/stepped curves; it adopts dual speed regulation modes (PWM/analog voltage), and allows independent adjustment of acceleration and deceleration rates to precisely meet the speed control requirements of various automotive devices. It also supports direct control via direction/brake pins for more convenient operation.


Ninefold protection ensures stable operation without downtime


     Full-range protection against overcurrent, over-temperature, undervoltage and overvoltage; supports motor stall detection with auto-restart, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting (adjustable in 16 levels from 0.078A to 2.5A). It delivers comprehensive safety protection for automotive devices from chip to motor, achieving ultra-high reliability.
















Compact & Integrated,More Layout-Friendly

The TSSOP16 package measures only 6.4 mm × 5 mm. It integrates current detection and EEPROM, features an extremely simplified peripheral circuit, and supports pre-programming. No additional debugging is required after soldering, which greatly saves PCB space and improves production efficiency.
