Highly Integrated & Streamlined Design, Saving Space and Effort

The ACM6753 adopts a 24-pin QFN package with a compact size of only 4mm×4mm, which greatly saves PCB layout space. The chip is highly integrated with sensorless three-phase brushless motor drive algorithms, phase current detection circuits, gate drive circuits and power MOSFETs. Eliminating the need for external current-sensing resistors, it features a simplified peripheral circuit and enables more efficient product design. Meanwhile, it integrates 5V and 3.3V LDOs, each capable of delivering 15mA of external output current to directly power external circuits, further simplifying the system architecture.

Silent Drive + Flexible Speed Regulation, Adapting to Multi-scenario Requirements

Equipped with 180° sinusoidal drive technology, it effectively avoids electromagnetic noise interference caused by high-order harmonics, resulting in extremely low motor operation noise and making it particularly suitable for application scenarios with strict silent requirements. It supports 4 flexible speed regulation methods: external analog voltage speed regulation, PWM duty cycle speed regulation, clock frequency speed regulation and I2C register speed regulation, to meet diverse control needs. Among them, the PWM speed regulation frequency can be adjusted between 0.1kHz and 100kHz, and the analog voltage speed regulation resolution reaches 5.8mV, delivering high speed regulation precision.

Multiple Protection Mechanisms, Delivering Unmatched Stability, Reliability and Durability

It provides comprehensive safety protection for both chips and motors: overcurrent protection, locked-rotor protection, overvoltage/undervoltage protection and overtemperature protection are all available. It also features a voltage anti-backflow mechanism to avoid current impact when the motor decelerates or stops abruptly.
The locked-rotor protection current threshold is programmable within the range of 0.4A–3.2A, the overtemperature shutdown threshold is 150℃ with automatic recovery when the temperature drops to 140℃, and the overvoltage/undervoltage protection thresholds are 26.5V and 4.4V respectively, ensuring stable operation of the device under complex working conditions.

Outstanding Low-Power Consumption Advantages, Enabling Longer Endurance

It supports two low-power modes: standby mode and sleep mode. In standby mode, the quiescent current is only 150μA while the internal I2C module remains functional for easy external wake-up. In sleep mode, the quiescent current is as low as 20μA, achieving optimal power consumption efficiency.
Both modes can be flexibly configured via registers, making the chip ideal for battery-powered devices or those with low-power requirements to extend battery life.
