Product Description

Overview of PT5607

The PT5607 is a high-speed, high-voltage (600V) driver designed to control power devices such as MOS transistors or IGBTs in half-bridge systems with high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic.
The device integrates an undervoltage detection unit, which prevents excessive conduction losses in power devices when the gate voltage margin is insufficient. The output driver features a high-pulse current buffer stage, specifically designed to minimize driver cross-conduction.
The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs, operating in high-side configurations up to 600V.
