![]() | Chip Overview : PT5619 integrates three 90V half-bridge gate drivers in a single chip, making it particularly suitable for driving high-speed power MOSFETs and IGBTs in three-phase motor applications. The chip features built-in dead-time control and cross-conduction protection for upper and lower switches, effectively preventing damage to half-bridge circuits. To avoid power device damage caused by the chip operating at low supply voltages, an internal undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuit is integrated to prevent such issues. Advanced high-voltage BCD process and built-in common-mode noise cancellation technology enable the high-side driver to operate stably in high dv/dt noise environments, while also providing the chip with a wide range of negative transient voltage tolerance. For extended battery life, the chip can enter a low-current standby mode via control of the ENB pin. |
