Chip Overview：


GX0011 is a fully integrated digital temperature sensor that delivers 12-bit (0.0625°C) temperature output without the need for any external temperature-sensing components.
The GX0011 is available in DFN-2 and TO-92S packages, directly replaceable with NTC thermistors. It features simpler operation, enabling high-precision temperature measurement across the entire temperature range without system calibration or software/hardware compensation.
Within its normal operating range of -40°C to +125°C, the GX0011 offers a temperature measurement error of less than ±1°C and excellent temperature linearity. It is suitable for applications such as communications, computers, consumer electronics, environmental monitoring, industrial equipment, and instrumentation.
The GX0011 supports single-wire pulse counting communication, requiring only one signal line to realize both chip power supply and communication output functions. This effectively reduces MCU overhead and costs.
