Quiet Drive + Soft Start, for Smoother Operation

  • Supports PWM soft switching, with selectable square-wave / sine-wave / quasi-sine-wave drive modes.

  • Adjustable soft-start via SS pin: startup duty cycle and ramp rate configurable to suppress inrush current.

  • Soft commutation switching greatly reduces vibration and EMI noise, making fans and water pumps quieter and more efficient.

Dual Speed Control Modes, Flexible & Adjustable Speed Profiles

  1. The SPEED pin supports:

    PWM duty cycle speed control (0.1–100kHz)

  2. External analog voltage speed control

  3. 2-stage programmable speed curve slope:Fine configuration via DI_MIN / DO_MIN / DO_MID / DIO_MAX pins

  4. Supports two modes for low duty cycle: shutdown / non-shutdown, adapting to different control logic.

  5. FG/RO status output: real-time feedback of motor running / stall status for convenient system monitoring.

ACM6252 integrates multiple hardware protections to withstand abnormal operating conditions:

✅ Locked-rotor protection (auto-retry after 5s upon trigger)

✅ Under-voltage / over-voltage protection (UVLO ~3.0V, OVLO ~26V)

✅ Over-temperature protection (shutdown at 160℃, recovery at 140℃)

✅ Anti-backflow protection Ensuring more durable equipment and safer system operation.
