![]() | Product Overview: The KTH31XX is a linear Hall effect sensor that responds proportionally to magnetic flux density. Its internal circuitry consists of a Hall sensing element, a linear amplifier, and a push-pull output stage. It delivers high-speed, low-noise output and maintains consistent linear performance across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it applicable to various magnetic field detection tasks in consumer and industrial equipment. The KTH31XX features high sensitivity and can accurately capture subtle variations in magnetic fields. In the absence of a magnetic field, the analog output voltage settles at half of VDD. The output varies linearly in accordance with the applied magnetic flux density. Multiple sensitivity grades are available for selection. North and South magnetic poles generate distinct output voltage levels. This sensor detects magnetic flux perpendicular to the top surface of the package. It is offered in high-quality SOT23, TO-92S and DFN1616 packages to accommodate a broad range of application scenarios. |
