Product Description

Chip Overview:

The KTH2562L adopts advanced chopper stabilization technology, with integrated temperature compensation circuits as well as overcurrent and negative voltage protection circuits, delivering outstanding sensitivity and temperature stability. Magnetic field detection signals are output via a digital bipolar latch. This device features an open-drain output stage with a sink current capacity of 45 mA.
Its wide operating voltage range of 3.8 V to 60 V and reverse polarity protection up to -40 V make it widely applicable for automotive scenarios. Built-in internal circuitry provides reverse power supply protection and output overcurrent protection.
