Magnetic field detection signals are output via a digital bipolar latch. This device features an open-drain output stage with a sink current capacity of 45 mA. Its wide operating voltage range of 3.8 V to 60 V and reverse polarity protection up to -40 V make it widely applicable for automotive scenarios. Built-in internal circuitry provides reverse power supply protection and output overcurrent protection. |
