Introduction to MS39747TEA

The MS39747TEA is a three-phase motor driver IC integrated with sensorless sinusoidal drive. When applied to most fan-driven scenarios, it can minimize fan vibration. The sensorless control eliminates the need for Hall sensors in fan applications.


The MS39747TEA incorporates a flexible closed-loop speed control system internally. Its EEPROM allows customization of fan speed curves tailored to specific applications. Once programmed, the IC can operate independently without relying on a microprocessor.
