The PY32MD320 series microcontrollers are equipped with a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core and feature a wide voltage operating range. They embed up to 64 Kbytes of flash memory and 8 Kbytes of SRAM, with a maximum operating frequency of 48 MHz. The product series includes multiple models with different package types. The chip integrates a variety of communication peripherals such as multiple I2C, SPI, and USART interfaces, 1 channel of 12-bit ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter), 5 units of 16-bit timers, and 2 comparators.


The PY32MD320 series microcontrollers have an operating temperature range of -40℃ ~ 105℃ and an operating voltage range of 1.7 V ~ 5.5 V. They offer low-power operating modes including sleep and stop, which can meet the requirements of various low-power applications.
