![]() | ACM6732 Introduction The ACM6732 is a three-phase BLDC motor driver IC. It integrates a built-in sensorless three-phase BLDC motor drive algorithm, phase current detection circuit, gate drive circuit and power MOSFETs, supporting a maximum phase current of 2.4A. Featuring high integration and minimal peripheral components, the ACM6732 is ideally suited for three-phase BLDC driver applications that require high power density, compact size and ultra-low noise performance. The chip supports 180° sinusoidal drive, which effectively eliminates electromagnetic noise interference caused by high-order harmonics. It also provides square-wave drive mode for scenarios requiring fast startup and high torque output. The ACM6732 enables reliable motor startup, acceleration, and constant-speed or constant-voltage operation based on customized motor parameters. User configuration parameters can be permanently stored via one-time programming. Multiple speed control methods are supported, including external PWM duty cycle regulation, analog voltage speed control, and external PWM frequency speed regulation. Rich built-in protection mechanisms are adopted to safeguard both the ACM6732 chip and the external motor against abnormal operating conditions. |
